This polygon coverage was created using the actual flood profile elevations from the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) study, and the Consoer-Townsend Study. This coverage is to be used by civil engineers as a design aid to determine if a property is in a Special Flood Hazard Area.
This coverage is NOT to be used for Flood Insurance purposes.
