Winton Rd. Phase III
Phase III, extending from Reynard Road, to the north end of the project at Fleming Road, will receive new curb and aprons, concrete intersections and bus pads, and a new road surface. Within this phase the roadway will be widened to accommodate a dual left turn lane designed to provide better access to the many area businesses and residences, while creating an improved flow of traffic. Phase III will have Cincinnati Bell, Time Warner Cable and Duke Electric relocate their overhead utilities to accommodate the road widening and sidewalk improvement. Within Phase III the Township’s streetscape project will add decorative sidewalks, some landscaped areas, streetlights, and mast arms at the Winton Rd./Compton Rd. intersections. Phase III will be the first phase to begin construction.
