Chard Snyder offers weekly reimbursement of claims and a convenient instant email notification when claims are received and when reimbursements are issued, including account balances. Direct deposit is also available!
Claim forms may be completed online or on paper, and submitted by fax, mail or scan/email, along with the documentation. Click on the link to the right for Instructions for accessing your account online at Chard Snyder. When completing the claim forms, you only need to list the range of dates/information from your receipts. You DO NOT need to itemize each receipt on the claim form.
