Purpose: The CEA will provide specific recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for consideration of the 2008 budget process.
Establishing Authority: A resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) of Hamilton County, Ohio, August 29, 2007, Volume 307, Image 6176.
Composition: The composition shall represent both the diversity of business interests and diversity of community that is Hamilton County. The CEA shall consist of not fewer than five nor more than nine members to be appointed by the President of the Board with the advice and consent of the Board of County Commissioners. The CEA shall be chaired by one of its appointed members as selected by the President of the Board of County Commissioners. Rob Portman (Former U.S. Trade Representative) will provide counsel to the CEA.
