Purpose:Research
and provide an objective opinion on the homeland security
needs of Hamilton County and recommend to the Board of
County Commissioners (BOCC) within sixty (60) days from the
date of March 5, 2003 a timetable and estimated cost of
necessary measures requiring implementation in order for
Hamilton County to become fully prepared to address issues
of public safety as presented by the threat of terrorist
activity.
