Mental Health and Recovery Services Board

• Purpose: This Board shall possess all the rights, privileges, immunities, powers, franchises, and authority of each of the previous Mental Health Board (MHB) and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board (ADAS), and all property of every description, and every interest therein, and all obligations of or belonging to or due each of the previous Boards shall be taken and deemed to be transferred to and vested into this single board without further act or deed.
