Hamilton County Storm Drainage Variances & Appeals Board

• Purpose: Ohio Revised Code, Section 307.56.

• Establishing Authority: Resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), May 8,1985 and Ohio Revised Code, Section 6117.01.

• Composition: Five members: one architect, one attorney, one structural engineer, one insurance representative and one hydraulics engineer.
  *The architect, attorney and structural engineer serve dually on this Board and the Board of Building Appeals and are automatically reappointed to this Board when appointed to the Board of Building Appeals.

• Terms: 5 year terms, terms expire 1 each year.

• Compensation: $50 per meeting
