Hamilton County Storm Water District Oversight Board

• Establishing Authority: Resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), February 12, 2003 and Ohio Revised Code Section 6117.

• Composition: The Hamilton County Storm Water District Oversight Board is to consist of seven (7) elected officials in Hamilton County, namely one (1) representative from the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners, one (1) representative of the Hamilton County Engineer's Office, one (1) representative from the City of Cincinnati, two (2) representatives from the Hamilton County Township Association, and two (2) representatives from the Hamilton County Municipal League.
