Law Library Subscriber Services

The Law Library is open to the public but it is also a subscriber organization. The individuals and firms that join receive valuable benefits for their annual subscriptions. The Law Library's subscription year is from January 1 to December 31.  Your subscription fee covers access to all Law Library services and resources, except for photocopying, printing, and CLE seminars. Here is a quick glance of the more significant services and resources available from the Law Library . All subscribers receive the same benefits except those involving remote access. The library also offers a special rate to attorneys in solo practice for offsite access to Lexis. Read more about our Lexis for Solo Attorneys program. ¹ 100% firms have a firm membership, which provides membership benefits to all professionals at the firm.  An individual at a firm can also be a member, with fewer privileges.
2  Remote access is governed by individual contracts with publishers and so each resource has slightly different restrictions. 
3  The Law Library's Fastcase.com service is not restricted by firm size but is only available to members in Hamilton County, or in counties in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky that are contiguous to Hamilton County.
