Hamilton County's NSP 3 Action Plan has been approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Please click here to view the document, which provides a detailed description of the planned utilization of the NSP 3 funds.

NSP 2 Program Information

On January 14, 2010 Cincinnati-Hamilton County Consortium was awarded Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 funds in the amount of $24,068,968, made available under a Notice of Funding Availability issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.    The County is the lead agency for the Consortium composed of the County's Community Development Department, the City of Cincinnati Department of Community Development, the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and the Model Group. 

In addition to the above award, the Cincinnati-Hamilton County NSP2 Consortium is working with the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST) to obtain financing to assist in these and other Neighborhood Stabilization projects.  The NCST' website (www.stabilizationtrust.com) provides further information.

NSP 1 Program Information

To view Hamilton County's Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan, please click here. This amendment details the guidelines for Hamilton County's Neighborhood Stabilization Program funding.  The Substantial Amendment was submitted to HUD on November 26, 2008 and the grant was approved and executed in March 2009.  The program is now underway.  Internal documents and forms for the County's Neighborhood Stabilization Program are located below.  For more information from HUD on NSP, please click here.
