Historic Preservation

Throughout each program year, Hamilton County considers requests from participating communities to fund a variety of projects.  Prior to approving some of these requests, consideration must be given to the project's potential to affect historic properties .  Pursuant to a Programmatic Agreement between Hamilton County and the Ohio State Historic Preservation Office, public input must be considered during this process. Accordingly, the lists below, broken down by category, identify projects currently being considered.  Any person wishing to submit comments must do so in writing.  Comments can be sent to the Hamilton County Community Development Office, 138 East Court Street, Room 1002, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.  If you have questions regarding any project, contact Community Development at 513-946-8234.  Each listing will appear for a minimum of 10 days.
