HIP Property Improvement Program
HIP enables property owners in Hamilton County to obtain a bank home improvement loan at an interest rate that is 3% below market rates. Loans can be used for most types of upgrades including additions, siding, windows or room remodeling. For more information, click here.
Grants up to $6,500 are available to low and moderate income
homeowners. Grants are based on a sliding scale depending
on family income and are limited to on-site disposal systems and
sewer or water taps. Homeowners must be at or below 80% of

People Working Cooperatively

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
