The 2010-2014 5-year Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Shelter Grant Programs was passed by the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners on January 6, 2010. Details of the Plan are available by clicking on the various links below or at the Community Development office located in the County Administration Building, 138 E. Court Street, Room 1002, Cincinnati, OH 45202. The plan was submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) on January 13, 2010. HUD will review the Plan, and approval is expected by March 1, 2009.
