NEW DOCUMENT REQUIRED WITH DISSOLUTION FILINGS BEGINNING APRIL 4, 2011 The Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations, hereby gives notice that Dissolution Merit Hearings will be heard by the assigned Magistrate. To facilitate this change in procedure, DR Form 9.3A has been adopted to include the waiver of service of summons and consent to have a Magistrate preside over the merits hearing. This form will be required with all Dissolution filings beginning April 4, 2011. |
