NOTICE OF AMENDED LOCAL RULE - Local Rule 1.6 Court Filings

The Court of Domestic Relations has amended Local Rule 1.6 Court Filings to require that the notice of hearing include the duration and type, as well as the date, time and place of hearing.

This amendment is effective immediately.

NOTICE TO ATTORNEY'S PRACTICING IN DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURT:

Effective 6/4/2012, in order to be more fiscally responsible, the Court of Domestic Relations Docket Office will begin charging a copy fee to supply blank filing packets.  The fees will be as follows:

Modify Support/Health Care Packet	$3.00

Agreed Custody Packet	$3.00
Petition for Dissolution w/ children	$3.00

The Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division hereby gives notice of its intent to increase the filing fee for post decree motions to $ 125.00. The increase will become effective Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
