Director of County Facilities
Ralph William Linne
Career
Ralph was started to work as Director of County Facilities in
January 2001. He began his public service career in 1997, with
the Board of County Commissioners in Cuyahoga County, Ohio as
Manager of Facilities Services. Prior to working in the public
sector Ralph held several positions in the private sector in the
areas of facilities management and construction management.
These include Project Manager of Construction for Northeast Ohio
with Tynann Group; Senior Cost Engineer at the Perry Nuclear
Power Plant, Contract Manager at the Eastlake Fossil Plant, and
Facilities Manager at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant with
Centerior Energy; Supervisor of Operational Audits, Senior
Scheduler, and Administrative Engineer at the Perry Nuclear
Power Plant, and Office Engineer and Field Engineer at the
Zimmer Power Station with Kaiser Engineers; and Designer with
George Roth and Partners, AIA.
Professional Associations
Ralph's professional associations include ACA, BOMA, IFMA, OPFMA
and OFMA. He currently serves as the President for the Ohio
Facilities Management Association (OFMA) and trustee for Ohio
Public Facilities Maintenance Association (OPFMA).
Education
Ralph earned an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural
Technology in 1971 and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Construction Management in 1974 from University of Cincinnati
and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lake Erie
College in 1989
Personal
Ralph was born November 16, 1951 in Covington, Ky. Ralph is
married to Carmen Maria, and lives in Newtown, Ohio.
