Project Management coordinates the County’s Capital Improvement Programs,
long-range capital planning, and the capital budget and approval process.
Capital requests can be made through the budget process or outside the budgeting
period. All capital requests, except for agencies with independent authority,
are coordinated through the Project Management Division.
