Assistant County Administrator

Assistant County Administrator Judi BoykoJudi Boyko joined Hamilton County Administration in 2017 as Assistant County Administrator. In this capacity and on behalf of the Administrator, she provides direct oversight of the Board departments Communications Center, Planning and Development, Environmental Services and County Facilities. She is also responsible for implementing Board policy on issues related to public services, infrastructure, economic development, environmental concerns and regional transportation initiatives.

Prior, Mrs. Boyko served as West Chester (Ohio) Township Administrator, Assistant Township Administrator, Director of Planning & Zoning and Township Planner. During her time in West Chester, she led a full-service local government organization of more than 245 full-time and 100 part-time employees who serve nearly 62,000 residents and 3,600 businesses, managing a $76 million budget, and served on the boards of directors of several community organizations. Under her leadership, West Chester was recognized as one of the Best 100 Places to Live by Money Magazine in 2005, 2010, 2012, 2014, and in 2016.

In 2015, she earned credentialing from her profession's governing organization, the International City/County Managers Association (ICMA), and is representative of only 15% of its membership earning the credentialed manager honors.

Judi lives with her husband David. She is an avid runner, reader and animal lover.
