The State of Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, has certified the Hamilton County Board of Building Appeals to hear and decide appeals from adjudication orders of the Building Commissioner. The members of the Board are appointed by the County Commissioners in compliance with the requirements of the State. Members are appointed for a five year term. The current Board Members are:

The Board usually meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Deadlines for filing appeals are approximately 10 working days prior to the date of the hearing. Meeting dates and filing deadlines may be adjusted by the Secretary of the Board. The Meeting Schedule and Filing Deadlines are as follows:
