On-going home visits to keep each child on the road to healthy growth and development
Help Me Grow is a
program for expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers
that provides health and developmental services to children; so
they start school healthy and ready to learn. All services are
designed with the individual family's concerns and goals in
mind.
Services are
voluntary and free of charge.
