Inter System Training for 2008

The Hamilton County Family and Children First Council is sponsoring an all day training workshop for employees of agencies that serve children and families. The training will focus on the child serving systems, the services they offer for children and families, when it is appropriate to use those services, and how to access them.

Continuing Education Credits (CEU) for counselors, social workers and chemical dependency have been applied for and will be awarded at the conclusion of the program. Talbert House will provide all continuing education credits. Credits are only available for full day attendance. Talbert House is an approved provider of continuing education through the Counselor (#RCX079302) and Social Worker (RSX129002) Board of Ohio and the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (#02-0608-3PVN).

The registration fee is $35.00, and it includes lunch, CEU credits, parking and the Inter System manual. The registration form can be found in the brochure and it should be received in the Council Office along with payment no later than March 27th. SPACE IS LIMITED, SO SIGN UP NOW! Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. The training is located at Crossroads on Madison Road and directions to the facility are provided.
