Frank F. Ferris II Community Planning Award, 2013 winner: City of Cincinnati for "Plan Cincinnati," the City's comprehensive plan.
Pictured above, City of Cincinnati Planning and Buildings Director Charles C. Graves III(left) and Planning Commission Chair Caleb Faux (right) are presented the Award by John Linnenberg (center), Chairman of the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission.
The Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission established this award to recognize and honor the lifelong dedication of Mr. Frank F. Ferris II to municipal, county and regional planning activities, and to publicly recognize and promote outstanding contributions to community planning in Hamilton County.
The planning award is awarded annually to a local planning commission or planning committee whose efforts have contributed to the elevation of planning principles, greater awareness of the value of planning, and improved quality of life.
