County Commissioner Pat DeWine and Cincinnati City Councilmember Chris Bortz have convened this project under the auspices of the Hamilton County Planning Partnership. It will be guided by a steering committee comprised of members of the business community, civic groups, and local government officials and co-chaired by Senator Richard Finan and George Schaefer, Jr., Chairman, Fifth Third Bank.
