This First Suburbs Research project was a sequence of undergraduate and graduate courses offered during the 2004-05 academic year at the University of Cincinnati School of Planning. The focus of these courses was analyzing the urban conditions in Hamilton County’s inner-ring suburbs and developing proposals for revitalizing these communities. The project was developed in collaboration with the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission and the First Suburbs Consortium of Southwest Ohio. Funding for the project was provided in part by the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and the First Suburbs Consortium.
