We will be discussing twelve principles that should be considered when evaluating a development or redevelopment plan.  These principles incorporate concepts that address stormwater quality – the subject of the upcoming Phase II Storm Water regulations.  (The picture shows a development site that has incorporated stormwater best management practices.)
