The landscape plan shows some of the green BMPs.  The lighter green areas a wooded areas that the lot owner had the option to leave in place or remove.  The darker green areas are areas that the developer was prohibited from clearing.  The larger green area on the right will eventually be donated as part of a planned greenway.
