Community Profile

Size: 3.48 sq. miles

Community Type: City. Residential, with the potential for development in a commercial zone on the northern boundary of Amberley Village.

Vicinity: To the northwest is Reading.  To the  northeast is Sycamore Township.  To the east is the Deer Park and Silverton.  To the west is a small part of Reading and the City of Cincinnati. To the south is Golf Manor, a small part of Columbia Township and also the City of Cincinnati again.


Founded: As a village in 1940

Major Streets: Ridge Road runs through the middle of Amberley Village. It connects Amberley Village to Ronald Regan Cross County Highway 126 to the north and runs through the city of Cincinnati to 71 to the south. Galbraith Road also runs through Amberley Village and connects to Colerain tot he west and Indian Hill to the east.
