Hamilton County Employee Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts

Hamilton County is pleased to offer a Flexible Spending Plan administered by Chard Snyder. Accounts can be set up for Healthcare and Dependent Care. Employees may set up accounts during fall Open Enrollment, or upon hire as a new employee.

Chard Snyder offers weekly reimbursement of claims and a convenient instant email notification when claims are received and when reimbursements are issued, including account balances. Direct deposit is also available!

Claim forms may be completed and submitted by fax, mail or email, along with the documentation. Click on the link to access forms and instructions. When completing the claim forms, you only need to list the range of dates/information from your receipts. You DO NOT need to itemize each receipt on the claim form.
