Job Evaluation Request (Job Audit)

Employees may request the Human Resources Department to review their position for the purpose of determining whether the position is properly classified by completing and submitting a Position Analysis Questionnaire. The HR Department will consider all the classifications in the Class Plan when making a determination.

You may view Chapter 3 of the Administrative Regulations for further details on this process.

Steps to requesting a review of your classification:

  1. Complete the Position Analysis Questionnaire

    PDF version
    This version can be printed and completed by hand
     
  2. Submit the completed form to:
