The County Commissioners invite County employees and citizens to participate in our annual Employee of the Year Awards Program. This program gives you the opportunity to recognize and nominate any county employee who has excelled in his/her service to the people of Hamilton County.

There are seven awards described on the nomination form. Winners will be selected from each award category based on weighted criteria.

• Customer Service Excellence

• Administrative/Clerical Support

• County Hero

Hamilton County Employees of the Year will be recognized at the May 1 County Commissioners' meeting and during the National Public Service Recognition Week celebration held on Fountain Square downtown on May 8. 

We hope you will take this opportunity to recognize the achievements of a deserving Hamilton County employee. Peer recognition, it has been said, is the most meaningful form of acknowledgement.
