Project Gain - Successful Programs

Employees have creatively come up with innovative, cost efficient methods for transacting the County's business through Project Gain Programs. The links below provide brief descriptions for Project Gain programs that have been successfully implemented.

A tally of the savings/revenue generated during each of the Project Gain Programs, after paying out the awards to the employees who submitted the Programs, shows that during their first year Project Gain Programs have generated a total revenue of $20,092 and a total savings of $443,747!

Including the initial savings/revenue during each of the submitted project periods (which are the figures listed above) PLUS all subsequent years, the grand total of all savings and revenue that has been generated by Project Gain programs initiated by County employees has reached:

$1,807,988!
