Resources Development 3 $10,820 SAVINGS Developed an in-house Microsoft Access database to track all Human Resources Development training course offerings and to track employee participation in all the training courses (past, present and future). The new database replaced an application supplied by an outside vendor that carried an annual license fee. Enhanced performance and user friendly commands are benefits of the new database. |
