Storm Sewer Inspection

Planning & Development - Storm Water Drainage System (SDS) inspection is required for all new public storm sewers and all private storm sewers that are integral to the detention facility in selected Municipalities and in the unincorporated areas of Hamilton County.

Field Inspection is billed at the rate of $50.00 per hour.
If the installation of storm sewers or storm water detention is performed without calling our department for inspection, we will invoice for the inspection time based on our Department's estimate of time that would have been expended by our Inspector.

All new storm sewers, surface drainage construction, storm water detention facility construction and construction of temporary erosion control measures are to be under the inspection and supervision of Planning & Development - Storm Water Drainage System (SDS).
