Funding will be used to encourage energy efficiency and alternative energy projects in Hamilton County's public, private and residential building stock. Funding will also be used to enhance workforce development efforts in the energy efficiency sector, increase usage of hybrid electric vehicles, and examine ways to modify local building and zoning codes to promote energy efficiency in new construction and development.
