EPA Communications:

  • On March 6, 2003 The Hamilton County Storm Water District submitted its application and Notice of Intent (NOI)(1.96 MB .pdf) for NPDES Phase II permit coverage to the Ohio EPA.  The District's Storm Water Management Plan was also submitted with the application.
  • On April 7, 2003 the Hamilton County Storm Water District received a letter (91 KB .pdf) from the Ohio EPA acknowledging the receipt of the District's application.  In this letter the Ohio EPA also assigned a Facility Permit Number of 1GQ00046*AG to the Hamilton County Storm Water District and its co-permitees.
