Final Regulations:

The Board of County Commissioners have adopted the following Rules and Regulations as required in association with the NPDES Phase II Storm Water Permit issued by the Ohio EPA for water quality.  Please direct any questions regarding the regulations via email to Todd.Long@hamilton-co.org
