Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Program

Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste District is funding a weekly drop-off program for household hazardous waste, every Thursday through November 15, 2018. This program is for Hamilton County, Ohio residents only (must show proof of residency). Businesses and non-profit organizations are not permitted to participate.

Residents may bring the following items for safe disposal at no charge: pesticides and fertilizers; automotive liquids including antifreeze, gasoline, and motor oil; solvents, thinners, and oil-based paints and stains; pool chemicals; driveway sealers; cleaners; mercury; and tar. In addition, oxygen/helium cylinders; fire extinguishers; propane tanks; fluorescent bulbs; and thermostats are accepted.
