MSD Consent Decree Modifications

The Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is seeking approval of modifications to the Consent Decree Wet Weather Improvement Program. The Consent Decree Regulators have placed documents associated with the MSD proposed changes known as "Bridge Projects" and "Phase 2 Wet Weather Improvement Program" submittal extension, on the Federal Register for public comment. The contact information for submitting comment is contained within the Register Notice, attached item #4. All comments are due by May 14, 2018.

1. April 3, 2018 - County/City Proposal to Amend Consent Decree  
2. April 3, 2018 - Conditional Approval Letter  
3. April 4, 2018 - Notice of Lodging of Proposed Amendment to Consent Decree  
4. April 12, 2018 - Federal Register Notice   (comments due by May 14)
