United Dairy Farmers PUD - August 1, 2024 6:00 p.m.
A developer has indicated interest in filing an application for a Planned Unit Development in an “E” Retail district for the purposes of razing the existing buildings on the site to construct a 6,308 square-foot United Dairy Farmers convenience store and gas station with associated parking areas, retaining walls, and curb cuts onto Bridgetown Road and Shady Lane. The property is located at 7543 and 7553 Bridgetown Road (Book 570, Page 40, Parcels 16 and 72).
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend and express their points of view at the public / staff review conference to be held remotely via Zoom at 6:00 p.m. on August 1, 2024. The link to the meeting can be found at the following location: www.hamiltoncountyohio.gov/public_and_staff_review_conference. The purpose of this meeting is to gather information and facts to assist staff in evaluating how the proposed change will affect the general welfare of the community. If the applicant chooses to proceed beyond the initial review conference, this information will be used in the staff's recommendation to the Rural Zoning Commission. News releases will be issued concerning any future hearings on this planned unit development.
The complete application may be examined at the office of the Rural Zoning Commission between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in Room 801 of the Todd B. Portune Center for County Government (County Administration Building), 138 E. Court Street, Cincinnati, Ohio.
