end 10-year relationship

Hamilton County, the City, and Carter have determined to mutually agree to conclude their relationship with respect to the development of future phases within The Banks Project.

The Public‐Private Partnership between the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, the Joint Banks Steering Committee and Carter, as the Master Developer, has resulted in one of the most transformative social and transportation projects.

More than 5,000 permanent jobs have resulted from The Banks development in the first 2 phases alone, and the economic impact in the region exceeds more than $1 billion annually.
