Our department is separated in to four divisions that work together to meet our customers' needs while operating within our resources. These divisions are Facilities Management, Property Management, Safety & Security and Support Services.
Hamilton County has 4 buildings currently on the National Historic Register. To qualify to be on this list, a property must meet certain criteria and be determined to have had a significant impact in American history, architecture, archeology, engineering, and culture.
The Hamilton County Facilities Department (HCFD) is committed to providing the highest quality service to our customers at the lowest cost. Our mission is to anticipate for and provide the proper safe, physical environment to enable Hamilton County departments and agencies to comply with the regulations that govern them and to achieve their departmental objectives. Our mission is accomplished through our commitment and dedication to take pride in ourselves, integrity in our work, and respect for those around us. We are knowledgeable of the historical legacy of many of our buildings and strive to capture its spirit in everything we do.
